RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE42553 SPDT capable of handling 36dBm of CW input power and 38dBm of pulsed power at 8GHz.

The PE42553 covers a broad frequency range of 9kHz to 8GHz and is ideal for applications in test and measurement products, automated test equipment (ATE) and general purpose Tx/Rx switching.

This Peregrine switch is internally terminated for 50 ohm circuits and offers high linearity (IIP3 is 66dBm) for performance critical applications such and switched filter banks.

Typical mid-band isolation for the Peregrine PE42553 is 45dB and it comes packaged in a 3x3mm QFN.
