Alltel Wireless announced new service bundles called Connect Packs today.

The bundles start at $9.99 per month.  Options include Web access, email, mobile TV, music and navigation.

Depending on the quantity of services used, bundle rates increases to $14.99, $19.99, $24.99 and $34.99. Customers with existing postpaid plans of $39.99 and higher are eligible.
