Alltel Wireless next week begins selling the new Samsung Delve. The wireless device features an intuitive interface and touchscreen design with virtual QWERTY keyboard and tactile feedback, which is powered by the handset maker’s TouchWiz interface.
TouchWiz incorporates widgets that allow users to customize and personalize their phones. Users can drag and drop widgets onto the main screen, and then customize the main display screen to match the icons of the applications and features they use the most.
The device also includes an MP3 player, 2-megapixel camera with video capabilities and preloaded applications including Alltel Pic Transfer, Alltel Mobile Advisor, City ID, Collapse Chaos and Wallpaper Universe. Delve also features Bluetooth capabilities, an expandable Micro SD memory slot and a 3.5-millimeter headset jack.
The Delve costs $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate.
