AT&T and LG Electronics announced the LG ARENA smartphone will be available online beginning Feb. 26 and in AT&T stores March 7. The ARENA is the latest AT&T device to be compatible with AT&T’s FLO TV service.
The ARENA features a 3-inch touch screen, LG’s 3D S-Class User Interface, as well as 7.2 HSPA 3G compatibility. Additional specs include a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, Wi-Fi and GPS.
“This device gives our customers easy access to everything, from social networking sites to their favorite TV show, with just a tap of a finger,” said Michael Woodward, vice president, Mobile Phone Portfolio, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets, in a statement.
According to a press release, the LG ARENA will be available for $199.99 after a two-year contract and $50 mail-in rebate. AT&T Mobile TV is available for $9.99 per month, and new subscribers receive the first seven days of their subscription for free.
