AT&T and Sprint Nextel want to exchange broadband PCS licenses in fifteen markets, according to a document filed yesterday with the FCC.

Sprint will use the additional spectrum to boost service in Tampa, Fla.; New Orleans, La.; South Bend, Ind.; Charlotte, N.C.; and Cleveland, Ohio.
