AT&T today announced it’s increasing the bucket size for its 10GB Mobile Share plan and also offering free international messaging.
Beginning tomorrow, AT&T will raise the data allowance for its $100 Mobile Share plan to 15GB. The carrier is still offering 30GB of data for the $130 monthly price it previously charged for 15GB.
Additionally, the carrier will offer unlimited international messaging without any additional charges. That means unlimited SMS and MMS from the U.S., Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands to more than 190 countries.
AT&T’s Mobile Share tweak and free international messaging comes less than two weeks after the carrier rolled out a new 24-month option for its Next EIP program and began offering a $150 credit to subscribers who port in a number from another carrier.
