U.S. wireless carrier AT&T is offering its customers a “passport” to Brazil during the Olympic Games this summer.
According to AT&T, the Brazil Summer package offers customers 1 GB of roaming data, access to more than 1,000 Wi-Fi hotspots, 30 minutes of calling and unlimited texting. The package offers 30 days of coverage for $50.
Overage costs are 20 cents per MB of data and 20 cents per minute of calling, AT&T said.
The package will be available from June 22 through September 18 and may cross two billing cycles from the effective date, AT&T said.
