CellTick announced Tuesday a new partnership with Caribbean and Latin American network provider Cable & Wireless to provide customized home screens on the operator’s Android devices.
Utilizing CellTick’s Start technology, the new home screen will include local “infotainment” information, such as news and weather, as well as quick access to social media feeds, we searches and the latest videos, the release said.
“Through this partnership, our customers will now have the benefit of a much more personalized, interactive start screen on their mobile device that meets their specific individual needs,” said Cable and Wireless Consumer Group president John Reid.
The new home screens will be available to Android-subscribers of Flow, LIME, Mas Movil and BTC in Cable & Wireless’ 14 Caribbean and Latin American markets.
