Nokia has announced that its N95 8GB multimedia “computer” is finally coming to America. The largest handset maker confirmed that it is optimizing the N95 for HSDPA networks in the United States.
The N95 8GB device runs on the Symbian S60 3rd edition platform and features 8 GB of internal memory, a 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and autofocus, Wi-Fi, A-GPS and it will be compatible with upcoming N-Gage game service.
The N95 8GB has an estimated retail price of $749 and will start shipping to Nokia Nseries retailers during the first quarter of 2008.
