EME Guard XS Reaches New Heights

By Staff Author | July 13, 2015

Significant sales of EME Guard XS devices have been achieved since its launch in 2014, with future orders in the pipeline. EME Guard XS is a ‘must-have’ RF Safety tool; an EMF monitoring device which alerts all personnel operating near antennas to excessive exposure to RF levels.

EME Guard XS constantly monitors the electromagnetic field from 80 MHz to 6 GHz. Whenever the acceptable limits have been exceeded, its built-in audio and visual alarms alert the user. EME Guard XS is extremely easy to use, creating a safer working environment in the areas of antenna installation and maintenance.

Talking about this latest success, Nicolas DOARE – Sales Manager said “The reason for the high sales is simple. EME Guard XS has been designed and positioned as a simplified version of another well known MVG product, “EME Guard”. This marketing strategy has allowed us to deliver a more affordable solution whilst still maintaining accurate monitoring, thanks to the tri-axis sensors used in the EME Guard. This now allows our customers to provide one EME Guard XS for every employee. More and more companies are adding EME Guard XS to the list of mandatory safety equipment they provide to their employees. Simply, it is just as important as a harness or helmet.”

“Our global distribution network has also contributed to the success, as it helps MVG be closer to the customer, providing a better understanding of customer needs.”

Ulrich Diehl, from distributor eudisa GmbH, in Germany explains “The industry trend is that organisations now recognize that they have a responsibility to protect their workers from electromagnetic fields when working on antennas. EME Guard XS is the best solution on the market today to meet this need. It is the most affordably priced solution on the market, as well as being small, portable and very easy to use.”

Nicolas concludes “With sales showing no sign of slowing we are looking forward to hitting higher targets in the very near future. The level of sales for EME Guard XS supports our impression of the market trend, which is that the industry are looking for a device which delivers simple yet effective RF Safety.”
