First News Briefs: AT&T, Broadsoft, Axiros, TESSCO, Samsung, RacoWireless

AT&T today announced the availability of  a new application programming interface (API) toolkit that can help businesses make mobile transactions safer and easier for AT&T mobile subscribers. The toolkit allows businesses to automate fraud avoidance queries and the completion of basic forms for subscribers during transactions.

BroadSoft, Inc. today announced it is further extending its BroadCloud unified communications (UC) services in Germany with the completion of the acquisition of finocom AG, a provider of cloud-delivered UC services. The finocom acquisition will serve as a focal point for BroadSoft’s BroadCloud expansion into the German and Eastern European markets.

Axiros, a provider of advanced service and device management, today announced that it has been selected by Turkish telecommunications company D-SMART for the remote provisioning, management and monitoring of its deployed broadband services.

TESSCO Technologies Incorporated, a provider of the product and value chain solutions required to build, use, and maintain wireless systems, announced today that Samsung Telecommunications America (Samsung Mobile), has selected TESSCO as a key distributor of Samsung Mobile accessories.

RacoWireless, a machine-to-machine (M2M) enabler, today announced that it has partnered with EnTouch Controls, a provider of energy management systems for restaurants, retail and small businesses, to provide a connected solution for facility management.
