HTC will replace its current PDF product help guides with an online product experience driven by MindTouch that rivals Apple’s customer experience. The new MindTouch-driven site automatically knows who the visitor is (customer, customer service manager, partners) and optimizes relevant content for that person through MindTouch’s HelpRank algorithm.
This morning, JDSU announced that it has acquired privately held Arieso of Newbury, England, a provider of location-aware software that improves the performance of 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks. Arieso counts AT&T, MTN, Telefonica and Vodafone Group as customers. With this acquisition, JDSU expands its position in the small cell and mobile network optimization markets, which the company expects to grow from approximately $700 million today to more than $1 billion by 2015.
