IBM is announcing new social business and mobile offerings for its 100+ software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution portfolio, integrated cloud capabilities with SoftLayer assets and new integrated systems for hybrid cloud computing environments.

CTI Towers, Inc., a wireless tower operator with more than 800 wireless towers throughout the United States in its portfolio, today announced the company has secured up to $30 million in debt financing and closed its first third-party acquisition, purchasing five towers from a major wireless carrier.
