FirstNews Briefs: T-Mobile, Sprint, Shazam, Google, Jumptuit

T-Mobile has returned for its third straight year as the Official Wireless Sponsor of Major League Baseball and today, T-Mobile announced it is once again offering their customers a free subscription to Major League Baseball’s official MLB.com At Bat app. Starting today, T-Mobile customers can get their free download of the At Bat app through both Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Prince Royce, award-winning artist and musician, has been rehired by Sprint‘s new Hispanic Business Unit. He will work with the company to help develop unique music-related initiatives and programs. Prince Royce got his start as a Sprint employee in New York, working toward his goal of becoming a professional musician.

Android users who want to find out the name of a song or artist can ask their mobile phones to Shazam it, thanks to an integration announced that enables music discovery via Google voice actions. Available on Android devices with the Shazam app installed, Google voice actions provides users with the ability to identify music using voice commands, eliminating the need to pull out a phone and open the app manually.

Jumptuit takes One-Tap iTunes Sync for Windows 8.1 out of beta and announces support for Windows 10. With Jumptuit, Windows users can now sync their iTunes libraries with Microsoft OneDrive for access from virtually any device. Jumptuit users can also copy or move photos, music, videos and documents to Microsoft OneDrive from other cloud services like Dropbox and Google Drive.
