Kore Telematics unveiled the latest version of its PRISM Web-based service platform, which allows for real-time management of CDMA and GSM wireless network services. The online portal also includes network coverage capabilities so that users can determine the optimal network service to use for any given M2M application.
PRISM features 24/7 real-time service capability, with detailed online billing and usage reports, throughput threshold monitoring services and other key functions including SIM/ESN device control and feature management. The interconnectivity to all networks allows direct “flow-through” control of devices, including immediate network on/off capabilities.
According to Alex Brisbourne, president and COO of Kore Telematics, for customers that require more than one network service to power M2M applications, PRISM offers a seamless, single control experience they need to handle multiple networks simultaneously.
