U.S. consumers should expect to see a lot more Nokia handsets on the market, according to the world’s largest handset maker. The company has been working with U.S. carriers and plans to introduce more handsets here in the next few months, including CDMA-based mobile phones, which the company had stopped making, and phones specifically designed for the U.S. market.
Although the company has 40% of the market share worldwide for mobile phones, its share of the U.S. market is only about 10%.
