Products for Military/Test

By Staff Author | May 27, 2004

Triquint introduces a set of products designed to meet the needs of battlefield and high-demand industrial applications The TGA2509, an ultra wideband power amplifier (PA) with adjustable gain control (AGC), is suitable for defense and commercial amplifier applications. The device delivers greater than 1 W of saturated power in the 2 to 16 GHz band. The TGA2513 wideband LNA is an AGC amplifier for electronic warfare (EW), electronic counter measures (ECM), and radar receiver or driver amplifier applications. Offering 17 dB of gain from 2 to 23 GHz, the device also provides good noise performance with typical midband NF less than 2dB. The TGA2512 wideband LNA is suited for applications where higher gain is required and self-bias is desired. Offering gain of 27 dB from 5 to 15 GHz, the TGA2512 provides good noise performance with typical midband NF less than 1.4 dB. The TGA4022 high power amplifier (HPA) is for point-to-point radio and Sat-Com applications, offering high gain of 26 dB from 18 to 23 GHz and power performance with typical P1dB of 32.5 dBm and typical OIP3 greater than 39 dBm. The TGA4517 HPA is suitable for military radar, communications, and digital radio applications, offering output power of greater than 35 dBm at Psat from 31 to 37 GHz and typical gain of 15dB. The TGS2306 is a SPDT switch for use in military and communications applications as well as in test systems.
