Samsung Thursday fired off a tweet capitalizing on Apple’s bendable iPhone 6 Plus troubles while touting its own Galaxy Note Edge.
“Curved. Not bent” the tweet reads above an image of Samsung’s upcoming Note 4 iteration with a screen that curves around the side bezel and shows notifications.
The sick burn garnered nearly 4,000 retweets, way more than most other tweets on the Samsung Mobile account.
BlackBerry got in some shots, too. During Wednesday’s press event unveiling the new square-screen Passport and BlackBerry 10.3 operating system, BlackBerry CEO John Chen told the audience his company’s newest flagship phone won’t bend easily.
iPhone 6 Plus owners have been posting photos of their devices with a slight bend usually occurring near the volume buttons. Unbox Therapy’s YouTube video, featuring a man severely bending an iPhone 6 Plus using his own strength, has already racked up more than 21 million views.
The “bendgate” woes come as Apple is also dealing with iOS 8 issues.
