Sprint Monday said it expanding its “Direct 2 You” service to four major cities in the United States.
The service, which includes device delivery and support will now be available to customers in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Denver.
Direct 2 You gives customers access to experts that actually visit the home to help customer with things like setting up a new phone.
With today’s expansion, the service is now available in 28 cities in total.
Kevin Kunkel, region vice president for Sprint said that customers enjoy the convenience of the service.
“Whether you’re in LA, Denver or San Francisco, our experts will meet you where you choose – home, office or coffee shop – and streamline the process of getting a new phone,” Kunkel said in a statement.
Sprint announced Direct 2 You back in April with a kickoff in Kansas City. The service initially employed a fleet of up to 5,000 branded Sprint cars and up to 5,000 technicians to make the trip to customer homes.
