Standex-Meder Electronics will exhibit a range of its new and proven sensors, relays and magnetics components at electronica China 2015, to be held March 17-19, 2015 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC), Booth E4, 4101. Standex-Meder will showcase their new KT Reed Relays, the MK28 Vane Sensor, the LS03-S Liquid Level Sensor, as well as planar transformers and inductors and more.
The KT series of high-isolation reed relays on display is ideal for use in green applications, including photovoltaic technology or hybrid vehicles. Also featured is the MK28 Vane Sensor, which operates when in the presence of magnetically conductive material. Instead of an actuating magnet, a simple piece of iron-sheet operates the sensor between the two vanes. The MK28 is an excellent alternative to light-barrier sensors and requires no power to operate.
Stop by the booth to learn more about Standex-Meder’s LS03-S Sensor, a stainless steel liquid level sensor for horizontal mounting. The LS03 series feature magnetic floats that activate reed switches when liquid levels rise or fall, and then provide an output signal. The LS03-S sensor can withstand temperatures up to 150°C and is perfect for applications in the automotive, appliance, heating/ventilation/air conditioning/refrigeration (HVAC/R), and test and measurement industries.
Also on display will be planar transformers and inductors, which offer high-performance in a compact, low-profile package, designed for demanding military, aerospace and medical applications. Planar transformers, with power ratings ranging from 350 watts to 10 kilowatts, feature patented designs that are tooled and ready for customization with precise electrical characteristics to meet individual requirements. Standex-Meder’s line of fixed power inductors feature a ferrite core, and are ideal for switching power supplies, DC/DC converters in distributed power systems, field-programmable gate array and low-profile high-current, and high current point-of-load converters.
