T-Mobile announced Tuesday it has added 11 new music streaming services to its Music Freedom streaming feature.
Among the new additions are Aud.io, Dash Radio, DatPiff, Jango, KCRW, Noon Pacific, Radio Danz, SomaFM, Spinrilla, StreamOn and TuneIn Premium.
Music Freedom, which allows T-Mobile’s Simple Choice customers to stream music from participating services without cutting into their data allowance, now encompasses a total of 44 different music streaming partners. Launched in June 2014 with seven initial partners, the program also includes services such as Spotify, Rhapsody, Pandora and iTunes Radio.
Tuesday’s addition is just the latest in a series of growth spurts for the service, which also added google Play Music, Xbox Music and SoundCloud in a group of 14 new music services back in November 2014.
In Tuesday’s release, the Un-carrier said it is “mission to add every lawful music streaming service to Music Freedom.”
According to T-Mobile, usage of the Music Freedom feature has skyrocketed 311 percent from the time of its launch with customers now streaming more than 196 million songs each day.
