T-Mobile revealed the final offer in its Un-carrier Unwrapped holiday promotion on Wednesday, gifting its wireless customers $100 off new Samsung smartphones and up to a free year of Netflix when they purchase a qualifying Samsung device.
Unlike T-Mobile’s previous offers targeting Sprint, AT&T and Verizon customers, the current promotion is open to all customers who buy a new Samsung smartphone with the Un-carrier.
The discount and Netflix offers apply to the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, Edge+ or Note 5.
The promotion will go into effect starting tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 18 and will run through Dec. 23. The free year of Netflix will run through the end of the month.
The announcement is just the latest move in a more than month-long campaign to woo customers to T-Mobile.
Just after Thanksgiving, T-Mobile kicked off its Un-carrier Unwrapped series with the giveaway of three months of unlimited high speed data for all existing T-Mobile customers. T-Mobile quickly followed by taking aim at Sprint customers with an offer of a $200 credit for every line switched.
The Un-carrier then offered AT&T customers a memory upgrade on the new iPhone and half off all accessories. Last week, T-Mobile ended its carrier-specific promotions with an offer of a free year of Hulu and half off all accessories for Verizon customers.
T-Mobile declined to comment last week on how many new customers have signed up for wireless service as a result of the promotions.
But T-Mobile isn’t the only one offering Samsung promotions this holiday season.
Yesterday, Sprint launched an offer giving customers a free 32-inch Samsung LED TV with the purchase or lease of a Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, or Samsung Galaxy Note5. That offer will be good through Dec. 24 or as long as supplies last.
