Tech Valley Communications’ CEO and CNO Featured Speakers at COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2013 Convention & EXPO

ALBANY, NY, August 27, 2013 – Tech Valley Communications (TVC), a facilities-based telecommunications service provider operating fiber optic networks in Upstate New York and Northern New England with connectivity to Canada, today announced that its CEO, Kevin O’Connor, and James Capuano, will serve as panelists for COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2013 Convention & EXPO, taking place Monday, September 23rd through Thursday, September 26th at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Florida.

Kevin O’Connor will participate in the panel, “Show Me the Money: Exploring the Market for M&As and Financing for Growth.” This session is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 10 a.m. EST in Sun Ballroom C. During this session the speakers will discuss leveraging M&As for growth and exit strategies, trends in valuation, the current market for communications companies and factors to consider when selecting a financing arrangement.

James Capuano will take part in the panel, “Broadband Deployment: Removing Barriers and Obstacles.” This session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. EST in Sun Ballroom C and will discuss issues related to deploying networks and strategies for urban and rural markets.
