Telespree Communications, provider of on-device automated self-service solutions, launched its new self-care applications suite. The suite of apps allows consumers to manage their accounts directly on their mobile devices without the assistance associated with personal customer care, sales clerks or an IVR.
Operators also can use the suite to reach their users using the services. Besides the company’s Over-the-Air (OTA) Activation and Service Enrollment applications, the suite includes check balance, top up, pay bill, add features, change plan, change phone number, transfer balance/gift, my account and other options.
Telespree’s suite of applications are network-based; operators can modify business logic, user interface text, payment options, plan and feature offerings, promotions and language at any time.
According to Telespree’s CEO Bill deKay, the suite helps operators reduce operational costs as well as provides an upselling opportunity with self-care activities such as Top Up, Add Features or Change Plan.”
