Unique Phase Coherency

By WDD Staff | March 5, 2015

Keysight Technologies (Santa Rosa, CA) has announced it has developed a highly dense, 64 synchronous multichannel data acquisition system. The system is composed of eight M9703A AXIe high-speed digitizers in a 14-slot chassis and was developed for satellite telecommunication systems, where the main requirement was is synchronization and FPGA programming capability. The 64-channel system is composed of:

  • 8 M9703A AXIe 8-channel, 12-bit high-speed digitizer/wideband digital receiver able to capture signals from DC up to 2 GHz @ 1.6 GS/s.
  • 1 U5340A FPGA development kit for high-speed digitizers.
  • 1 M9514A AXIe 14-slot chassis that provides 13 instrument modules slots plus an AXIe system slot .
  • 1 M9521A AXIe system module that provides the required system communication and synchronization functions including trigger bus and clock routing and management.
