Verizon today announced it, like AT&T and Sprint, will be doubling the data allowances for some of its More Everything plans.
From Oct. 2 through Oct. 31, customers who sign up for 20 GB, 30 GB, 40 GB, and 50 GB plans will get twice the data for the same monthly fee. In addition, the promotion is bumping the 12 GB plan up to 15 GB and the 16 GB plan up to 30 GB.
Verizon’s move is in response to both AT&T and Sprint, which both launched similar double data promotions this week. For comparison, $130 nets 60 GB from Sprint while the same $130 scored 30 GB from AT&T and Verizon.
With the U.S.’s three largest mobile operators all launching similar promotions within the span of three days, it’s logical to think that T-Mobile isn’t far behind.
T-Mobile today did, via CEO John Legere’s Twitter account, announce it was extending until Oct. 28 its promotion offering 10 GB across four lines for $100 a month.
