Vodafone today announced an agreement with T-Mobile to provide wireless service for its multinational customers (MNC) here in the United States.
Vodafone says it counts more than 400 MNCs here in the United States and a further 500 Vodafone MNCs that are based outside the United States but have a strong U.S. presence.
The British carrier said the addition of wireless services for Vodafone’s U.S. MNC customers complements its existing portfolio of U.S. and international fixed, mobile and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) products and services.
Vodafone will also roll out its OneNet global converged communications proposition across its U.S. MNC customer base.
U.S. wireless services will be offered under a mobile virtual network operator agreement on the T-Mobile network.
The service is expected to launch in late fall of 2015.
