DALLAS – (August 6, 2013) – PEG Bandwidth, LLC, announced that it has closed on the acquisition of the broadband operations of Contact Network, Inc. d/b/a InLine. InLine currently provides broadband services in Mississippi and Alabama to small and medium-sized businesses, government entities, educational institutions and large carriers.

“InLine has been providing extraordinary service to its customers for over 20 years,” said PEG Bandwidth’s Chief Executive Officer, Rich Ruben. “We are excited to have Martin Costa and the entire InLine team join the PEG Bandwidth family. The demand for broadband services continues to grow exponentially in rural communities and this acquisition will provide great advantages to the customers and communities we serve.”
InLine will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of PEG Bandwidth with InLine President Martin Costa continuing as its President.
