Nexmo today announced the launch of the company’s new cloud-based voice services. Nexmo connects cloud applications to billions of phones, enabling businesses to interact instantly with their customers on a global basis. Nexmo now extends cloud applications to connected devices with comprehensive new voice capabilities, including text-to-speech, cloud-based voice interactive applications, phone number provisioning, as well as intelligent call management.

Ruckus Wireless today announced a strategic partnership to give service providers and enterprises the ability to more easily provision, manage and monetize public Smart Wi-Fi access services. Under the partnership, the companies are using Ruckus Smart Wi-Fi infrastructure solutions with Global Reach’s innovative Cloud-based policy, management and authentication technology. The company says the combined solution now gives organizations customization of, visibility into and control over Wi-Fi access services.

Keynote today announced Keynote Mobile App Monitoring, a 100 percent cloud solution to monitor the performance of mobile apps without the need to add or modify any software. Keynote says current solutions leave mobile technology teams with no visibility into performance after their apps have been downloaded. Keynote Mobile App Monitoring alerts teams to issues related to availability and responsiveness, and offers insight into root causes, isolating bottlenecks to specific services and APIs, including third parties. In conjunction with its existing web and mobile web monitoring solutions, Keynote now provides a unified view across all digital delivery channels in one management dashboard.

Wi-Fi provider Boingo Wireless today announced it has launched Hotspot 2.0 networks at 21 airports in the United States, providing seamless access to a secure Wi-Fi network for monthly subscribers and roaming partners using the industry’s latest technologies. The 21 airports, which serve more than 415 million passengers annually, include seven of the top 20 busiest airports in the United States and key airports in all regions of the country. The launch includes the addition of a new Passpoint-enabled network – “Passpoint Secure” – in each of the airports that provides instant access to users on iOS 7 devices with a Passpoint profile installed.

Telit Wireless Solutions today announced the availability of a new services offering resulting from their recent acquisition of ILS Technology. m2mAIR Cloud services are powered by ILS Technology deviceWISE Application Enablement Platform (AEP).
