Sprint on Monday fought to resolve voice and data outages for customers in the Northeast.
In a post on Monday morning, the carrier acknowledged the problems and said it was “working as quickly as possible” to fix the issues. Several hours later, Sprint said those that had been experiencing voice and LTE issues had “begun seeing resolution.”
By the afternoon, the carrier said service levels had returned to normal.
The service interruptions this week in the Northeast comes on the heels of a Sprint SMS outage on Friday.
Monday’s outage also coincided with Sprint’s introduction of a 30-day, money-back guarantee that offers to refund device and service costs to any customers who aren’t “completely satisfied” with their experience on Sprint’s network in the first 30 days of service. The offer is available to both new and existing customers who add a new line of service.
